This Privacy Policy explains how Porwal's Atelier, trading as KRODH ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or shop on krodh.in (the "Site").

- You provide: name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, and — for account holders — login, order history, wishlist, and pre-order selections.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and similar usage data via cookies and similar technologies.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver orders, provide support, manage your account (including wishlist and pre-order features), and send order/shipping updates.
- To send marketing emails — new drops, offers — only if you've opted in. Unsubscribe any time via the link in that email, or by contacting us.
- To improve the Site and to detect or prevent fraud and misuse.

4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies — including from analytics and advertising providers — to remember your cart and wishlist, understand how the Site is used, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site features.

5. How We Share Your Information
With service providers who help us run the Site and fulfil orders — Shopify (our e-commerce platform), Razorpay (payments), and our shipping/courier partners — only to the extent they need it to do their job, and with law enforcement or regulators where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including relying on Shopify's and Razorpay's security infrastructure — to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

8. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing support@krodh.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal requirement to keep certain records (e.g. order or tax records).

9. Children's Privacy
The Site isn't directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
