SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) of order confirmation. Limited or high-demand drops may take slightly longer to dispatch — we'll let you know if that's the case for your order.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Area
Free shipping within India on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship across India (subject to courier serviceability at your pincode) and internationally to select countries.

3. Delivery Timelines
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees — remote pincodes, weather, or customs clearance can extend them.
- Domestic: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- International: shown at checkout; typically 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

4. Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link or ID by email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available on eligible domestic orders and pincodes; not available on international orders. A small COD handling fee may apply and will always be shown at checkout before you confirm.

6. Undelivered or Refused Orders
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or refusal at the doorstep, the order is returned to us. A re-shipping charge may apply if you'd like it sent out again.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Email support@krodh.in within 48 hours of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country on delivery. These aren't included in our checkout price and are the customer's responsibility.
