1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of krodh.in (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is owned and operated by Porwal's Atelier, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading as "KRODH" ("we", "us", "our"), registered address 1146, Dwarkapuri, Indore 452009, Madhya Pradesh, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Account Registration
Some features — order history, wishlist syncing, pre-orders — require a customer account, created through Shopify's secure login. You're responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details (including in our size guide) accurately; slight variation due to screen settings, printing, or fabric batch isn't a defect.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it isn't confirmed until we send an order confirmation. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, listing errors, or stock unavailability, and will refund any payment already made in that case.

6. Payment
We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. Placing an order confirms the payment details you provide are valid and authorised for use.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, product names, and content on the Site belong to Porwal's Atelier / KRODH and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproducing, copying, or reusing them without our prior written consent isn't permitted.

10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for an unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porwal's Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Porwal's Atelier harmless from claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party platforms, such as Instagram or our payment gateway. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

14. Force Majeure
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government action.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
